Sierra Club Says - We Need Better Legislators

Dear Tree Member,

You and Sierra Club had an important early victory over Sunflower's proposed coal-fired power complex in Holcomb. However, it is facing a legislative backlash in the Kansas legislature. Rest assured, the Club will continue to fight this plant and use all means necessary to stop it from ever getting off of the drawing board.

WE NEED MORE GOOD LEGISLATORS that believe that climate change is real, that renewable energy is our only path, and that the health of our children and grandchildren is top priority. YOU CAN HELP by giving a donation to the Kansas Chapter PAC so we can help worthy candidates win or keep seats in the legislature.
