State Task Force to Work On Action Plan for Fracking Induced Earthquakes

The Induced Seismicity State Task Force will accept comments on the DRAFT State Action Plan for potential induced seismicity [Earthquakes] through 5:00 p.m., Friday May 16, 2014.  Comments should reference State Action Plan for potential induced seismicity and may be sent to the Kansas Corporation Commission Office of Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, 1500 S.W. Arrowhead Road, Topeka, KS 66604, or emailed to public.affairs@kcc.ks.gov, or you may call 1-800-662-00027.

Please let the Task Force you want a “Response Plan” for the State of Kansas and what additions you need the plan to include.  Please take time to review the DRAFT State Action Plan and comment and pass on this alert to others.
REMEMBER the Public Comment Period is until May 16!  Don’t hesitate, get your comments in about the DRAFT State Action Plan involving increased seismicity in the state of Kansas. Go to this link for the action plan to review and comment on:
